About the service
We produce and assemble cosmetic and perfume samples. Depending on the sample type, we can supply the packaging material, graphic design and printing, product filling and final assembly, either attached to a presentation leaflet or packed in a box.
Sachets
We supply sachets printed to the customer’s brief. For smaller or specific orders, we can hand-fill small solid products. Finished sachets can be inkjet coded and then assembled on their own or attached to presentation cards and leaflets.
Perfume samples
Complete production of perfume samples, from choosing the vial, spray pump colour and cap to logo printing, perfume filling and final assembly. We can add a presentation card or box to the sample as required.

How cosmetic sample production works with us
1. Your idea and our recommendation
We discuss which product you want to introduce to customers, in what quantity and for what purpose. Together we choose the right format, sachets or vials, and agree on the look and the assembly method.
2. Preparing packaging and cards
Have your own packaging? We will prepare it for filling. If you need it sourced, we will take care of it. We also design and print accompanying cards so the samples match your brand.
3. Precise filling of sachets and vials
We fill sachets and vials with the agreed amount of product. During filling, we continuously check dosing accuracy and hygiene.
4. Sealing and final assembly
We heat-seal the sachets, close the vials and check that each pack is leak-tight. As briefed, we attach the samples to cards or place them in the prepared packaging. The result is a finished sample ready for your customer.
5. Packing and dispatch
We check, pack and prepare the finished samples for dispatch to your requirements, whether they are going to stores, to events or out as a gift with orders.
