DvS Pack vznikol v 2021 s jasným cieľom – vytvoriť miesto kde kvalitná práca a ľudský prístup idú ruka v ruke. Sme integračný sociálny podnik, čo znamená že zamestnávame ľudí ktorí hľadajú novú šancu na trhu práce.
Nie je to len firemná filozofia – je to každodenná realita ktorá formuje spôsob akým pracujeme, komunikujeme a dodávame.
Our story
DVS PACK was created as the next step in the growth of a family business rooted in manufacturing services, outsourcing and quality control for industry. In 2021 we expanded our expertise into cosmetics and began building services focused on filling, packaging and assembling cosmetic products.
Two areas came together naturally as DVS PACK developed: technical experience with manufacturing processes and professional training in cosmetics. Thanks to this combination, we keep expanding our technical capabilities and finding solutions for different product types and customer requirements.
The social dimension has been part of our business from the very beginning. We started as a sheltered workshop, creating jobs for people with disabilities. The next step was founding a work integration social enterprise, through which we now also create job opportunities for other people who face barriers in the labour market.

Our link with DvS Group lets us draw on experience from two industries. DvS Group focuses on quality control, assembly and packaging, mainly for the automotive industry, while we concentrate on cosmetics.
We share proven practices and help each other with more demanding orders. Each company develops its own specialisation while relying on a shared background. For customers, this means a wider range of capabilities and a team that understands every step from preparation to the finished product.
