About the service
Co-packing means outsourcing the entire packaging process. Instead of coordinating several suppliers, one for packaging, another for labelling and a third for dispatch, a brand entrusts the whole process to a single partner. The result is less admin, one point of contact and full control over output quality.
Sourcing packaging and components
Customers can supply their own product and packaging materials, or we can source the components they need through our suppliers: bottles, flacons, labels, boxes, printed materials and other packaging.

What co-packing includes
1. Receipt and storage of materials
We receive your materials: packaging, raw materials and components. We log every delivery and store it under controlled conditions until production begins.
2. Filling and packaging
We fill and pack your product to the agreed specifications. We work with cosmetics, perfumes and other products, by machine and by hand.
3. Labelling and coding
We apply labels and print batch numbers and expiry dates: by machine for high volumes, by hand for non-standard packaging.
4. Quality control
Every batch passes a final inspection before dispatch. We document the entire process, for your peace of mind and for any audit.
5. Dispatch
We pack, label and prepare the finished products for dispatch to your requirements.
